    Had an awesome experience. Staff was very supportive. Balcony with Hill side view was beautiful. Food quality was great. Very nice stay experience overall

    Stayed at the hotel with my relative and had a whale of a time enjoying the stunning views and relishing the food, especially pahadi chicken. The hotel's premium room was quite large with a balcony at the back offering panoramic view. The manager and staff were quite courteous and served us in the best manner possible. This is the second time I have had stayed at the hotel and would love to be there again.

    I visited with my family in winter season. Room was super chilled and there was no facility of heating. Even the extra blanket they provided was very dirty and smelly. There was no wifi and tv was not working.

    Room was not ready at the time of checkin, room was not clean and minimum accessories like soap, ketle, brush and paste, tea arrange ment was not available. Response and response time was very poor.
