Apartamentos Portinatx Sea View

Everything. Wonderful location and really really caring staff.

Everything was wonderful.

The view was amazing

Nothing

The apartment was in very good condition and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom was very good with a lovely shower. The view from the balcony is amazing and has the sun all afternoon until sunset, also large enough to enjoy sitting out. We found the bed very comfortable with additional pillows available should you need them, also very comfortable, very large safe in the bedroom. There is only one air-conditioner in the apartment located in the sitting area but leaving that on at night with the bedroom door open worked very well and kept us nice and cool. The location is perfect, just steps from the beautiful beach which is cleaned every morning and very good restaurants just a short walk away. The supermarket under the apartment block is excellent, has everything you could need, also do great fresh baked bread and pastry's in store every morning, along with some savoury items. They also make sandwiches and baguettes to order with a good selection of fillings, great to take to the beach. The pool area is also very nice and has the sun in the afternoons. Communication with the host was excellent with very clear instructions so ensuring a stress free start to the holiday. Great restaurants we would recommend, Arrels next to the apartment excellent BBQ steak and chops, Rebrots for great Tapas, Zulu for great Paella and prawn dishes, Bar El Cigue for more lively and relaxed dinner venue very good burgers. Breakfast at Los Enamorados was very good with a beautiful setting, also great for an evening drink, wanted to go there for dinner but ran out of time. Defiantly worth the 30 minute walk to Cala d'en Serra, it is quite a steep road down to the beach but is beautiful, not particularly sandy but quite secluded with another fantastic restaurant/bar called Chiringuito Fusta. We only had drinks but the food that we saw come out looked amazing.

As mentioned in some other reviews the only point I can make is about the noise that can sometimes be noticed. There is a restaurant/bar below that can be open until quite late and you can sometimes hear things from the apartments either side. It was only occasionally were heard anything so for us we didn't find it to be a disturbance at all and certainly not worth scoring the apartment down for. It certainly hasn't put us off from staying here again...I am very sure we will be!

The view was unreal - absolutely gorgeous!!

A bit shabby, not enough in kitchens and the air con stops working every night so prepare to sweat the whole night if you stay here!!
