Villa Sa descuberta is located at the entrance of the village of Portinatx, it has 200 m2 built and is situated in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the main beach S'Arenal gran. It has magnificent views that you can see from the pool when you are having a swim and an outside dining area while you are eating.
It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with bath and bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, ....).
It has wifi internet, private pool, garden and free private parking. Air conditioning in all rooms.
It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island of Ibiza, where you can go by car to visit all the incredibly beautiful small beaches, such as Cala Xarraca, Cala Xuclà, Cala Sillot des Renclir, Cala den Serra....
Ibiza town is situated at 25 kilometres and Ibiza airport is situated at 30 kilometres.
The tourist tax and the refundable deposit are not included, the agency will tell you when to proceed with the payment.

Nice villa in a nice location. Lady who came to clean was very friendly and did a great job,
This booking was made pre Covid lockdown. The way in which Ibiza Rent House dealt with the whole situation was very poor. They lacked any understanding or compassion and were extremely unhelpful.
The villa is nice but unfortunately the approach of the agent took the shine off of the holiday. We will not be using them again.

The villa was well equipped and spacious and we very much appreciated the extra villa check in service on site.
Everything, incl the deposit return went smoothly, so we will book again soon!
