Superb

Great location on the hiking trails above the Cinque Terre. About 30 mins walk to the sea. There is a bus back up. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a small balcony with a sea view - just enough room for two. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, and we were met at the apartment as arranged. A good choice for those looking for a quieter stay (the five villages were very busy).

Nothing major. The shower is rather small. Some basic condiments in the kitchen would be a good addition.

Exceptional

Loved the location, Volastra, escape from the busy cinque Terre during the day. The view from the apartment is just stunning, the sky meets the ocean. There are 3 wonderful restaurants in Volastra and breathtaking hikes with amazing views.

Really beautiful location and the apartment was in a lovely position, looking towards the sea.

Breakfast not included. Cooked ourselves. Location was wonderful, but need to catch the bus down to Manarola if you do not have transport. Quite high up. Can become expensive if going out every day with the bus and need to stick to bus schedule. Otherwise location was good and views amazing with lovely hikes along the top.

Arranged before hand with the host to open up the apartment and when we arrived late, it was pouring down with rain and a gale force wind with no protection from the elements. Thank goodness, the lady next door helped us out by allowing us shelter whilst we waited for someone to bring keys and open up the apartment. We had a washing machine, but there is no iron available to iron our wrinkled clothes.

Posizione eccellente, paese silenzioso e rilassante. La casa era accogliente e lo spazio era giusto per due persone.

Nell’appartamento ci sono stato alcuni disguidi come pentole e stoviglie sporche, dunque abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto prima dell’utilizzo.

deludente, ma ottima posizione

Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente Manarola e successivamente le altre 5 terre.

pulizia molto superficiale, polvere quasi ovunque (ventilatore inutilizzabile dalla quantità di polvere presente sopra esso), odore sgradevole nell’area della cucina per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Trovato nel bagno un tappo di un rasoio usa e getta non nostro, segno di ulteriore trascuratezza a livello di pulizia, anche sul tavolo da pranzo appena arrivati abbiamo trovato polvere e sporcizia simile a briciole. Dimensioni del bagno troppo piccole, per nulla comodo.

Bene ma non benissimo

La posizione è ottima e la casa è ben arredata e, escludendo il bagno, gli spazi sono sufficienti per due persone. Affianco c'è un minimarket fornito di tutto, anche dei biglietti della navatta, molto comodo. In più la navetta in piazza ti consente di arrivare a Manarola senza lo stress del parcheggio (che comunque è lontano dalla stazione e se avete bambini/passeggini ecc è molto faticoso). Noi abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto l'auto appena arrivati e non l'abbiamo mai spostata per tutta la durata della vacanza. Se avete voglia di camminare, in ogni caso dietro il BB comincia un mini trekking (30 minuti di gradini in discesa) per raggiungere manarola. Spero che abbiate i polpacci allenati!

Il bagno è veramente minuscolo e, oltre alle porte della doccia che non isolano e il bagno si allaga ogni volta) ho segnalato dal primo giorno due problematiche non da poco: la temperatura della doccia non rimane stabile (c'è chiaramente un problema di boiler che "stacca" non appena si arriva a temperatura e l'acqua diventa ghiacciata) e lo scolo della doccia non funzionava per nulla (ci metteva 20 minuti a scolare, lasciando una patina di bagnoschiuma/balsamo sul piatto doccia, anche pericoloso. oltre che disgustoso). Ho segnalato ai gestori (specificando anche che sono anche incinta e non volevo né fare docce fredde ogni giorno tantomeno scivolare in doccia) che mi hanno detto immediatamente che avrebbero contattato la proprietaria, anche se a me sarebbe bastato un disgorgante per risolvere il secondo problema. La proprietaria ha negato questi problemi, nonostante foto e video. In ogni caso su 5 giorni di pernottamento, siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema dello scolo al quarto giorno, perché i gestori me ne hanno fatto recapitare uno davanti alla porta (al minimarket non lo vendevano, se no lo avrei comprato io direttamente). Veramente brutto dover discutere in vacanza per questioni risolvibili in poco tempo. In più il boiler segnava la necessità di assistenza, cosa che ho segnalato ma mi è stato detto che era normale così. Mi sembra un po' superficiale come gestione dei problemi.
