Luxury apartment with jacuzzi on Republic Square

Přiletěli jsme až po půlnoci, ale majitel nám zajistil taxi, což bylo vzhledem k času příjezdu velmi milé. Apartmán je poměrně blízko Náměstí republiky, kde je celá řada zábavních, stravovacích a nákupních možností. Náš pobyt zahrnoval snídani, kterou nám majitel každé ráno plus minus v dohodnutý čas donášel. Kuchyňka je bohatě vybavená, včetně velké lednice. Hned vedle je samoobslužná jídelna s přijatelnými cenami.

Apartmán je umístěn ve vnitrobloku spolu s podobně nesourodě samostatně poskládanými obydlími. Výhled z oken není oku úplně lahodící. Bydlení zde může být mimo zimní měsíce příjemné, ale v zimě je to téměř tristní. Byt nemá topení, v obýváku s kuchyňským koutem se topí klimatizací, což však k úplnému tepelnému komfortu nevede. V ložnici se topí malinkým přímotopem, který není schopen místnost jakkoli vyhřát. V koupelně, v níž se netopí vůbec, je sice vířivá vana, ale ta se hned při prvním použití rozbila, majitel ale naštěstí přijel se snídaní a opravil ji. Přístupová cesta k bytu byla nebezpečně pokryta ledovkou, kterou nikdo ničím neposypal.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e la casa era un po’ fredda, soprattutto la zona notte. Non molto comoda la doccia. Ma in estate o comunque con il caldo sono problemi che non si pongono! Si paga solo in contanti.

The host asked us what time we will arrive and told us where to pick the keys. We arrived 20 minutes later and he was finishing cleaning the appartment. He informed us that there is no option for the breakfast in the cafe on Sunday (wich wasnt mentioned in the description) and that he can bring us breakfast instead. We agreed to have it at 8:30. As we were just arriving from the long trip to the North of Armenia, we didnt have enough cash to cover the rent, so we gave the Host 10000 AMD and promised to settle the rest when we get the breakfast. On the next morning we've left the rest of the payment at the table and waited for the host to arrive with the breakfast. And waited. And waited. As we wanted to leave to the ariport as soon as possible, we've contacted the host asking where he is, by 8:40 he replied that he's on the way. By 8:50 we've decided that there is no point in waiting and told the host that we are leaving and will deduct the cost of the breakfast from the sum left to settle. He replied ok, you can leave 2000 less. As we've paid 3000 AMD per person for the breakfast lsewhere, we have deducted 6000 (for two people) from the sum and informed the host about it. We've met him while packing the car, he didnt seem to have any groceries with him, instead he was very intimidating and demanded that we leave him more money. We explained to him the situation again, said that we need to leave for the airport and that the deducted sum won't be enough to cover the cost of the breakfast at the airport.
