Η τοποθεσία , η καθαριότητα και πως είχε πράγματα για πρωινό!
Το σπίτι ήταν αρκετά κρύο και τα καλοριφέρ άνοιγαν όποτε ήθελε η ιδιοκτησία. Λόγω υπερβολικής υγρασίας δεν φτάνουν μόνο τα air condition τους χειμερινούς μήνες

Lo que más nos gustó fue la excelente ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad, entre el puerto y la ciudad vieja.
Todo bien, quizás echamos de menos una TV más moderna.

- Die Wohnung ist eine schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte per vorher zugesendetem Code über eine Key-Lock-Box die unten an der Strasse angebracht ist.
- An der Strasse gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, die jedoch am Abend oft besetzt sind. Es ist aber nicht unmöglich Parkplätze zu finden.
- Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Es gibt 2 Doppelbetten in 2 separaten Zimmern. Der Balkon ist eine nette Ausstattung der großen Wohnung.
- Der Preis der Wohnung ist gut.
- Der Fußboden ist überall vollständig mit Fliesen. Im Sommer mag es sein, dass es eine angenehme Kühle spendet, in den Frühlings-, Herbst- und vor allem Wintermonaten ist der Boden jedoch relativ kalt. Eigene Hausschuhe sind daher sehr sinnvoll in diesen Jahreszeiten.
- Die Balkontüren sind etwas undicht, weshalb in den kühleren Jahreszeiten hier kalte Luft reinkommt. Die Air Condition kann zwar auch wärmen, dieser Effekt ist jedoch sehr schwach.
- Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig.
- Manchmal geht das Warmwasser nicht sofort an (obwohl man den "Phi markierten"-Schalter am Stromkasten über mehrere Stunden eingeschaltet lassen hat. Manchmal wird das Wasser schnell warm, manchmal bleibts kalt.
An sonnigen Tagen wärmt eine Solaranlage das Wasser auf und der Schalter muss nicht umgelegt werden.

Nice, quiet and cheerful apartment that was well located between the old town and the beach with a bus available and convenient to get to the nicer parts of the beach.
We stayed for 9 nights during the heat of summer and we did require 2 keys for a family group but this was not possible apparently. Also, the kitchen facilities were more basic than expected with some furnishings in need of repair.
