One of the best Villa’s we have stayed in. 10 out of 10!!!

Everything!!! Fab villa, pool, sun bathing area, dining area with BBQ and plenty of sun loungers. Fully equipped property with all modern appliances. Very, very clean and very comfortable beds!! Beautiful view over the Bay. Highly recommend this Villa and the Hosts who were very helpful.

A bit of a trek down to the cove (quite steep steps) but very worth it!! Stone beach and not that busy which was fab!! Tiles in property when wet were very slippy.

Thoroughly enjoyable and worth the money

We were met upon arrival by the hosts sister, we were a little early but she allowed us in the property as it had been cleaned and was ready for use. There was a plate of fresh croissants waiting for us and some drinks in the fridge, which were much appreciated. It was a lovely start to the holiday as we were hot and tired from the flight so we immediately relaxed. Stunning views, lovely pool and BBQ area which the host sister unexpectedly cleaned down overnight bbq coals provided. She even brought us an impressive large platter of cheese and cold meats a couple of days before we left. Made us feel very welcome. Nice peaceful location with a bakery close by. Gave us recommendations for boat trips which we took them up on and thoroughly enjoyed, best day of the holiday. Would also recommend a visit to the nearby Zaton Bay which had a few nice restaurants and view out into the water and was only a five minute car journey from the villa. 20mins drive from Dubrovnik,40 minutes from the airport.

We were a grown family of 8. Lovely location to reconnect and unwind.

The views were amazing. The Villa spacious and comfortable. It is a short distance from Dubrovnik so relaxed but also close by Uber.

It is set on a hill ( hence the views) nearest shop is 10 minutes walk.

Perfect Villa with welcoming and friendly hosts. Beautiful setting overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

The facilities and setting was amazing.

Location was much further from Dubrovnik Old Town than stated on the information (at least 10 miles rather than 5 miles). 20 minute Uber ride each way.

Brilliant holiday in a 5 star property

Fantastic property brilliant outside area with amazing views.Very tranquil and superb family hosts, who brought us many treats, home produced white wine, apple strudel, parma ham, grapes to name but a few. Immaculately clean,very comfy beds and powerful showers. In a quiet area but lots of lovely waterside restaurants and beaches near by. 5 star property

Exceptional

Beautiful outside pool area, plenty space with different seating areas, comfortable sun loungers, beautiful views of the ocean. Bedrooms and bathrooms bright and modern with good aircon, the bathrooms have been updated to a high standard since the pictures. Good restaurants nearby if you know where to look and at the resort below on the seafront. Marko and his family are extremely generous, taking us to the supermarket to stock up for the week, providing us with cured meat platter one day for lunch and wee leaving gifts.

There was nothing we didn't like as such, quite a steep hill to climb back up if venturing to the shop or beach.

Perfekt zum Relaxen und erholen

Die Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, modern eingerichtet, zwei Pooltoiletten, damit man nicht ins Zimmer muss, Salzwasserpool und die Terasse mit tollem Ausblick. Gastgeber waren sehr lieb und zuvorkommend! Haben sogar morgens den Pool schon gereinigt und den Grill sauber gemacht, bevor wir aufgewacht sind.

Man hat direkte Nachbarn, aber die waren sehr nett und nicht störend, dass sieht man aber auf den Bildern nicht.

Uitstekend verblijf

Het huis en de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend. Schoon, compleet en netjes.

De routebeschrijving klopte niet op Booking. Dit kan gemakkelijk aangepast worden. Verder moet je er rekening mee houden dat het geen vrijstaand huis is, maar ingebouwd tussen andere appartementen. Hier heb je overigens totaal geen last van!

Toller Kurzurlaub

Es fehlte an nichts, alles war vorhanden. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Für vier Personen etwas zu groß. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Den Pool konnten wir nicht so oft nutzen, da das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe, Bäcker vorhanden, Dubrovnik Altstadt mit dem Auto ca 17 min entfernt.
