La naturaleza y todo tan cuidado

Location and surroundings are very beautiful. Very peaceful. Great space for kids and your pet. Great restaurant for dinners downstairs. Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Very dark at night and quiet (we had a great sleep). Shaddy car park. Private terrace in our case. Staff really helpful (they responded very quickly when we complained cleanliness of the apartment). Great location as well.

Although we loved our stay, we feel this place and our apartment, particularly, needs a bit of a refurb and a deep clean. Rugs haven't been cleaned for a while, some appliances need replacing (dishwasher trays didn't work properly, for example) or at least they need proper clean (we decided not to use coffee machine for that reason), inside of cupboards and wardrobes were a bit dirty, TV screen showed signs of a bad clean and there was dust behind it. AC in the rooms weren't cooling as expected (although we didn't use them as temperature at night was nice and cool). The terrace is a great space but the parasol was broken and the chairs outside were a bit rotten and old. Cutting the grass also needed. In general, we felt that this apartment gets cleaned, but superficially only. Considering the price we paid, we were expecting a different level of cleanliness. It's a beautiful space with a lot of potential, so it's a bit of a shame that it's not looked after a bit better.
