Disappointed with communication, Parking very busy road.

the area of Mont Dore.

We were waiting for 1 hour to get in, no reply to emails sent the previous day. i had to text the host when we arrived and it still took a further 45 minutes of waiting by a busy road and further text messages to get someone to us with the keys. Had to text the host again on departure to ask where to leave the keys and we were asked to wait for the someone to arrive to take the keys, after waiting for 30 minutes we asked if we could leave the keys as the person had still not turned up. The parking outside is on a very busy road where my van also got damaged.

the rest was just fine

the place was dirty as they come, we bought cleaning and desinfection products and cleaned up the place for about an hour.We took photos to send to owners who told us sry and that they will reembours us with 50 euros...never saw the money.

Grand confort et proximité à bon prix

Proche du centre-ville, très bien équipé il y avait vraiment tout, bon rapport qualité prix, grosse capacité (jusqu’à 8 personnes peuvent dormir si on ouvre le canapé), bien rénové

La chambre qui a le lit mezzanine ne possède pas de fenêtre (grosse angoisse et air étouffant à plusieurs dans la chambre) La porte de la sdb peut se verrouiller de l’intérieur puis être fermée de l’extérieur, il faut donc se débrouiller pour la débloquer en la sortant du rail (pas secure pour un enfant)

Nadat we de sleutel hadden hebben we genoten van de accommodatie en ook van het dorp en de schitterende omgeving.

We moesten een uur wachten voordat iemand met de sleutel kwam en één slaapkamer heeft geen raam voor ventilatie.

Le bruit de la rue, la petite chambre qui n'est pas adaptée pour un couple ( peut convenir pour des enfants) Les casseroles sont trop vétustes.

Pas de disponibilité de la part des bailleurs. Personne pour l'accueil. Le loueur et la personne qui s'occupe du logement ne sont pas les mêmes et quand on nous demande de contacter un numéro, on se fait incendier parce que la dame n'était pas au courant que le logement était loué. Réservation effectuée en mars pour avril. Mon message via Booking est resté sans réponse. La propreté du logement est aléatoire car beaucoup de poussière. Le rapport qualité-prix n'y est pas 100€ la nuit, bien trop onéreux au vu du logement. Des hôtels ** à proximité semblent beaucoup mieux et pour le même prix voire moins coûteux. Les parking à proximité sont payants de mars à octobre, fallait-il encore le savoir. Très déçu de ce logement.

emplacement au top, équipement au top ! séjour très agréable.

Un manque de propreté assez visible à notre arrivée dans chaque pièce (amas de poussière conséquent) nous avons donc procéder à un petit ménage dès notre arrivée. Juste dommage de ce côté là mais la propriétaire a été à l'écoute et procédera à un plus gros nettoyage !
