Very clean and only 400m from the beach but on a quiet back street so very quiet as well. Two nice but cheap restaurants only 100m away (Broccoli was the name of our favourite but both good). Also, if you go onto the beach, turn left then walk 500m there is a great restaurant right on the beach that does loads of good food. If using Grab then ensure you put in 'Gia Phat Homestay, Nguyễn Thành Ý, Hội An' rather than the booking.com address as that takes you 2km away for some reason. Enjoy 😃

very nice, and clean, host was so lovely, and they have bikes that you can use. Was quiet, and in a great location!!

Chambre spacieuse et très propre, les logeurs sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, l'emplacement proche de la plage et de la rivière.. velo à disponibilité pour faire de belles balades.. nous avons passé un sejour exceptionnel.. je conseil fortement.

Super friendly host, who let me check in early! She provided snacks, water, soft drinks & coffee. The room is amazing value for money - AC, balcony, mini fridge, comfortable bed & is very clean.
