No Breakfast

Not much at all It was as I expected

we had a beautiful deck looking out into the trees and small waterfall. the flowers were amazing and smelt so devine

we only had 1 blanket on our bed which was a little cold but we used the heater to keep warm

Definitely a beautiful accomodation to enjoy and relax in. Very accommodating and welcoming we enjoyed the amenities and pet friendly was a bonus for us as not many facilities accommodate to pets. Super clean and that’s what we loved. Thank you so much for making our trip back home enjoyable and being accommodating to our dog. Blessings

Accomodation allowed us to bring our dog. Nice shower pressure and wifi included.

Not clean, bed uncomfortable, linen old & no top sheet. Duvet dirty. Cold - no form of heating. Pillows terrible and pillowcase dirty. Gardens in disarray, weeds everywhere thru paving. Paths slippery wirh leaves.

Lovely garden and off the main road. Central kitchen are was well lit from huge skylights.

Booking experience w booking.com We made the booking, paid our money and went to the property. The owner had not been notified. We waited until a staff member came (at very short notice) to clean our room. The agency should have a better notification system in place. Appreciate the quick response from the friendly Cambodian lady though!

We loved the whole superior room it was beautiful, the facilities was absolutely fantastic

Only thing was the bed, it was quite squeaky so didnt want to move to much

We were late to arrive as we had a tryre puncture just near the accommodation, had to walk to the accommodation & an old grumpy woman( owner) asked us to leave the car on the road and come to the room. Clearly, her intention was to accommodate us to the room quickly so others wont get disturbed at 8.30pm, she never bothered to even ask us what needs to be done to sort out our car just forsake of asking ( We were waiting for AA ). She was unpleasant & got annoyed as we rang the house bell at 8.30 pm, said leave the car on the road & not to disturb others in the house. This accommodation is just an ordinary small double room in a house not worth for the money when compared to the places we stayed before and services we received by other hosts. In the room, not even a bottle of water provided. Booking.com page info is totally misleading and the first impression by the owner was horrible after a long drive from cape Reigna and with an unexpected flat tyre just outside the accommodation. Room door cannot be closed tightly and the outside kitchen light comes into the room through the gap along the door during the night. Pillows are just basic as well as the bed. No sheets or blankets provided, only a quilt/ Duvet was on the bed. Other visitors smoke outside the room and the cigarette smell was felt strong in the room at early morning.
