Wonderful family stay in a cozy apartment

We stayed here in December as a family of six and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. There is a lovely, inviting living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor, and three bedrooms plus a bathroom upstairs on the first floor, which worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen has everything you might need, even small details, and the host, Olivera, prepared some very nice treats for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Olivera is an exceptionally warm and welcoming host, and on top of that she is a world-class athlete - it was truly an honor to meet her. The location is excellent: very close to the lake and the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. The cable car is also within easy walking distance. The beds are very comfortable, and we slept great. We were extremely happy with our choice and would love to come back again.

The only small note is that the stairs are a bit slippery, so elderly guests may want to be a little careful, but this did not affect our overall experience.

Fabulous.

Location is in the old, the best part of Zlatibor, it's two minutes walking from the lake, near the city noise, but super quiet. Olivera is very nice and correspondive, easy to deal. The house is very nice, made with taste and warm in cold days. We will be back soon for sure 😁👍

Superb

Olja the owner of the place. She was attending to us for every need like a great host would do. The place is very comfortable and around winter times one of the best places to stay if you like to avoid hotels with modern facilities. Rooms were very comfortable and fitted our family of 6. Convenient location and everything at walking distance. It was an exceptional cottage while we watched the first snow of the season. This place is worth every hype. Zlatibor is one of my favorite places to visit again in Serbia.

Bathrooms were a bit inconvenient to use. Quite a small bathroom on the ground floor and a larger one on the first floor. With a big family this might be an issue. Bathtub can be converted in to a shower cubicle to make it more convenient.

My family and I’s stay at Kraljevi Konaci could not have gone better. The cottage-style accommodation was very clean, cozy and at an amazing location. Olivera was a very kind and generous host, making our stay even better. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again.

Olivera is one of a kind!

Everything - the design, how the apartment is divided, the beds, the sheets, the location and many more things, but above all - the owner - she is one of a kind. We could not have found a more helpful, warm and hospitable person than Olivera. Truly exceptional. She would ask are we ok and would think for us even when we didnt ask for it. She would arrange tickets in two minutes that ten phone calls wouldnt arrange, Her place is great, but ahe is even greater! 10 points only because there isnt 11!!

Wonderful apartment and host, great hospitality from Olivera, close to centre yet calm and beautiful location. Good for 6 people, all facilities in apartment including drinking water and fruits. Feel like home, highly recommended for families.

Right from living room to the terrace to enjoy morning sun.

The apartment is very comfortable and suited us perfectly. The ground floor has kitchen, dining room and living room as one big space, there is also entrance to teras. We loved the usability as we could prepare dinner with whole family being around. This is a big plus for myself. Having a morning coffee on a tease while enjoying early sun was a very good experience.

Kuca je zaista prelijepa. Sve je kao sa slike. Cisto, uredno, toplo i ful opremljeno, na fenomenalnoj lokaciji, u centru Zlatibora. Super je i za boravak sa porodicom ili manjom grupom prijatelja. Olivera je jako ugodna, ljubazna osoba koja nam je izlazila u susret sa svim našim zahtjevima, pitanjima i zeljama. Radujemo se ponovnom dolasku. Sigurno cemo ponovo doci.❤️
