Services are excellent, from dining and the pool to the beach and excursions. Best of all, the hotel lets you experience Indonesia to the fullest its nature, the flavours of the local cuisine, and the kindness and culture of an extraordinary people. Not just a stay, but an authentic experience. Special thanks to the people who made us feel part of a family: Ari (restaurant service), always attentive, smiling and professional; Komang (breakfast and lunch service), extremely kind and thoughtful; Alma (breakfast and lunch service), helpful and always smiling; Vido, service attendant and our personal assistant on the secret island excursion, who made it an unforgettable day; Zen, our driver around the island, punctual, safe and a wonderful travel companion; Arga (breakfast, beach and pool bar), attentive to our every need; Fika at reception, courteous, competent and always available; Adì (breakfast, beach and pool bar), tireless and always in great spirits; and Fahmi, who organised our island excursions and led us to wonderful corners of Lombok with perfect suggestions and flawless organisation. The location and service were excellent, with very hospitable staff who took good care of us. Superb food and atmospheric dinners on the beach. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, and the staff were happy to help with any question you had. Fantastic place to stay.

Lombok is muslim , so there are some ceremonial sounds coming from the mosques early in the morning. This goes for the entire island, irrespective of your hotel.

The property was beautiful and the location

It is isolated so you have to eat all meals at the hotel and the chef was TERRIBLE There was no flavour in any dish or meal . He could not cook an egg! Unfortunately this ruined an otherwise beautiful hotel and beach
