The Location is PERFECT
The view from the balcony - UNBEATABLE
The immediate access to the nearby beach makes it so easy to go there few times a day
(and there's an outside shower for when you return from the beach)
The Property is beautiful, large and well maintained
The owner's hospitality - ABOVE and BEYOND!
bathromm was modern and well equipped
room is a bit on the smaller side (didnt undermine or change my satisfaction)
kitchen is well equipped but a little old fashion
Balocny furniture could be a bit more modern
the adjacent room/unit is a bit too close (it did not inflence my stay and comfort in any way)

Very warm and welcoming hosts who speak English extremely well.
The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you could need.
The garden terrace is particularly beautiful with a sea view.
High-speed internet.
Mazida Ammos beach where the villa is located is for me the most beautiful beach in Greece (since 2006 I have only spent my holidays in Greece and I have visited quite a few beaches, especially in the Cyclades, Dodecanese North Aegean, Sporades, Ionian).
The road is a bit more difficult until here, but the more winding it is, the more beautiful it is, especially if you come from Ierapetra.
The descent to Mazida Ammos beach takes your breath away, the scenery is worth all the effort.
I don't even know if these sentences should have been written in the section pros or cons.

The hosts are very kind. If you need help with anything they are there for you. If you want to know more about the region they will be happy to tell you things. Giorgos even lent me his fishing rod.
So if you look for a relaxed stay, beautiful landscapes, remote beaches and cristal clear water, this is the place to go. The appartment offers everything you need including a good Wifi connection and Smart TV if you need Netflix destraction from all the beauty around :)
