Winter beauty within walking distuof everything

The location was the best part of the apartment! Excellent location within walking distance of everything.

The only reason I didn’t give it all 10 stars is because it states there are 2 bathrooms when in actuality there’s only 1.5. We really wanted a place with 2 toilets but this one only has 1 toilet with 2 showers.

very comfortable, well equipped and in a brilliant location. very close to ski lift, ski hire ( and got 10% off with our guest card), supermarket , pub and restaurant. Quiet at night. Staff were easily contactable and very helpful.

Disappointing

Welcoming at the Apt was not at all warm as generally expected. Reception hours were very inconvenient and not client oriented! On the contrary, emphasis was given on the host rather than on the client. Even though the Apt was received clean, it smelled a lot of dampness ( humidity). Three out of the four nights the Apt was cold, not properly heated.

extremely friendly and approachable staff. suite is right next to the supermarket and the main gondola 🚠 to the mountain.

the beds are not comfortable at all, foam mattress extremely basic. no body soap or shampoo provided, no sauna in the building. check in is far away from the suite in the other hotel owned by the same chain. 10-15 min walk with the luggage

Perfect location by the gondola station and ski rental, supermarket right across the street, many restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen. If you travel as a couple the one bedroom apartment is super comfortable.

The bedroom wall and door are made of glass which is not light or soundproof so if someone puts on the lights in the hallway, the lights are also on in the bedroom. Everyone will hear everyone's conversations. If you have kids, definitely rent a bigger apartment.

Location for lifts is excellent.

Poor service from staff. Key collection is in another part of town. No toiletries or any tea/coffee. Felt like the owners would do the absolute minimum during your stay. We were ground floor which felt a bit exposed. Location was noisy at night.

The grocery shop Billa and the ski lift are really close.

- our apartment had only one toilet although it was a two bedroom apartment - the apartment had no bath - it was really hard to bath my toddler in the shower - when we came there was almost nothing in the kitchen for cleaning/washing dishes - for example, there was one wipe but no sponges - there was very few cutlery available. If you stay with 4 people and you have more than one meal a day you basically have to wash the cutlery after every meal.

Perfect location, 2 mins to ski lift and supermarket. Good size apartment/rooms with new/modern interior. Plenty of open wardrobe space in each room which is great when you have to hang damp clothes after skiing.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage in Ischgl. Die Gondel und apres Ski lokale sind sehr einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Der einzigste kleine Nachteil ist, wenn man mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen reist, muss eine Person auf einem Klappbett schlafen. Das ist aber keine großer Nachteil.

De locatie maakt het goed; wat meer Oostenrijk zou het geweldig maken.

We kregen 4 pasjes mee; voor iedereen dus 1 pasje en dat was echt gemakkelijk. Alle faciliteiten waren dichtbij; zoals supermarkt en skiliften. Ook krijg je door de gastenkaart wat korting op je ski-pas, da's mooi meegenomen. De accomodatie was schoon en de bedden waren opgedekt bij aankomst.

Je moet naar de andere kant van het dorp om je pasjes voor het appartment op te halen. We hadden het atrium en daar liepen wat mieren rond in de serre bij aankomst. En het servies is wel heel (frans) afgemeten; dat is a-typisch voor Oostenrijkse begrippen.
