The apartment is newly furnished and of very high quality. We felt very comfortable. The spa area is of very high quality. Although small, it is very clean, smells pleasant, and has well-functioning saunas. The spa area was never crowded. The hotel's location is incredibly good, about 200 meters from the Fimba lift (you have to climb a steep hill, but it's not difficult). Although we arrived late, the hostess welcomed us and provided all the information we needed to settle in, which was very pleasant and helpful. Clean and tasty drinking water from the tap. The rooms have enough cupboards and shelves for your belongings.

Just two things that the hosts should fix—the broken trash can in the kitchen and the bad smell in the main bathroom, coming from the shower drain.

It’s not often you are surprised to the upside. Our stay here did that. Amazing on every front.

Excellent facilities and a very welcoming and helpful staff. Everything is very well organised - ski storage room and changing room if you're skiing on you last day. 3 minute walk from. If you are skiing, make sure you find the corridor and escalators - next to Hotel Mandolin down to next to Hotel Elisabeth - as this comes out right opposite the lift and takes about 4 minutes from Hotel to lift.

Everything except it was too warm without opening the windows. You could buy breakfast items that arrived at the room in the morning and the costs were very reasonable

Nice design and comfortable. Spa area small but nicely done. Close to ski lifts. Basic cleaning every morning.

The apartment for four people is quite small. Ours had a strange smell that staff could not eliminate for the whole week.

Very good

The room was large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the staff were lovely. The sauna and relaxation area were well appointed, we enjoyed that we could use the facility privately rather than with other guests. The location was great, in winter you'd be excellently positioned between both large lifts. The appartments are also walking distance to the supermarkets and bakery, and many shops and restaurants. This was also a great property to bring our dog, she felt at home while we were there.

The bedding was a little warm for the time of year A light above the wardrobe would be a nice addition As the balcony is shared along all the rooms on that level, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the balcony door open during the night. We would have done so otherwise, because it was quite warm while we stayed here.

Ein toller Familiärer Ort zum entspannen und genießen mit viel potenzial um viel Natur zu erleben

Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber und stilvoll. Mega toller Wellness Bereich. Die Chefin und das Personal waren so sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
