Clean hotel with some inconveniences

The staff was very friendly, free parking, room was small but clean. Staff went above and beyond to give us a special treat and folded towels for our anniversary.

The breakfast was awful. Everything tasted synthetic. We had a corner room with full windows on two full walls. In the morning the room is VERY bright. The curtains (even black out) did nothing to keep the whole room from lighting up. Because it gets so much sunlight it gets VERY HOT. The air conditioner in our room was broken and around 8:30 the room felt like a sauna. Night and day with temperature once you stepped out into the hallway.

it was amazing, i extended my stay because it was just so comfortable and i just chilled at the hotel and nearby.. breakfast was awesome and the place is rather luxurious.

The staff is helpful and friendly.

The location is inconvenience. And need to walk deep down & up hill to Sante fe center to get food or others. Take taxi is too short distance. And Air-conditioning is not working properly. Causing the room is hot during and stuffy during day time.

Terrible Place To Stay

Double charged on credit card. They state you must wear mask however half of them did not. When asked why they were not wearing masks they stated that they did no work directly with sleep in. They directly in front on side of the individuals being checked in. The customers are required to wear masks . Actually the whole stay was a disaster and front desk was of no help. When I requested a manager they were off site til 4pm the assistant would not be in til 2pm. It's been over 8 hours and no has called back. I can't remember and place I have stayed that was so incompetent in almost every category.
