Old Hall Barn

Location was brilliant

Just needed the kitchen equipment replenished. Chips on plates and cups , needed a few more implements to cook a meal properly

The barn was had all the features you would expect, high ceilings, beams, and the decorations for Christmas were a wonderful touch! The wood burner was fantastic, and perfect for this time of year! The central heating was superb as well, and all rooms have decent sized radiators, warms up quickly! Kitchen had everything you needed, and some welcome cakes as a surprise! Both bedrooms were used and comfy, and the location was stunning! Just down the road are the Blue John Caverns, easily located to explore walks, and other locations! Pubs literally 2 minutes away walking (greys food) no noise! Also a great local Indian that can be taken away!

Cosy cottage, clean and nicely decorated. Very comfy beds, no noise in the night despite pub just next door. Great location with easy access to walks, pubs, restaurants.

WiFi did not work at all, that needs to be rectified. Beds were advertised as one king size and one double but in reality it was more like one double and one small double.

The property itself was well equipped with all we needed and cosy with log burner. Great location for walks.

We were not informed the pub was so close to the property which had a beer and cider festival on for the full 4 days of our stay with extremely loud music. Also the cleaning was not great with some dirty underwear found and cob webs all around the building. Also the mattresses were old and could do with updating.
