A lovely guest annexe in a quiet rural location but within easy reach of the main road. Nicely decorated and well equipped, with plenty of space for 2 and ample room for 4. A comprehensive welcome pack including wine, cake, milk and eggs was much appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped, there was a good size dining table and plenty of seating in the lounge area. Easy parking off road with lots of space and close to the accommodation. Wi-Fi worked well and fast enough for our purposes. Tennis courts available for use, also access to a lovely garden with private seating area. Hosts were friendly and engaging. We enjoyed seeing sheep and cows in the adjacent fields, lots of house martins and even a buzzard outside the kitchen window.
Our only minor issue was that it was a bit cold the first night, but this was solved immediately by our excellent hosts and everything else was good.

The location couldnt have been better for our liking of a quiet country retreat but close to amenities. The property is surrounded by open fields and a superb landscaped garden which was a delight to come back to each evening after our tours and walks.
