1 Beachtop Court

Location was fantastic,opposite to the beach to walk the dog in the morning. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed.

Nothing negative from us.

The view from the windows was so nice. We could spent all day just sitting and watching the world go by. Lovely little apartment, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. So convenient for all the shops and beach and easy to walk to the sea for a quick swim. Thanks so much for the welcome pack.

Nothing however an oven glove and heatproof mat would have been handy in the kitchen.

The best thing about this place was the location and view from the from the bay windows. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions and we spent mornings and nights watching the world go by around the bay from the living room windows.

-Firstly, we had a TERRIBLE time with booking this property and dealing with it’s management, Sykes Cottages. We planned on bringing our two small dogs for gorgeous beach walks and were robbed of that because of careless miscommunication. We mentioned we had two dogs before the booking went through and they proceeded to take our money (non-refundable) without informing us about the 1 dog rule. We were only told about it a few days before arriving and were refused a refund/cancellation, shady as hell. Couldn’t reach the owners either as they dodged our calls. *Beware it is stated in the very fine print under the very last tab of the listing that they only allow 1 dog in this ‘pet friendly’ accommodation. Hopefully they’ve learned from us and put it clearly in the main description by now. We ended up being forced to continue with our booking (sans dogs) or we’d lose the £1200 (for 3 nights) that was taken from us. - Very small place, wayyy overpriced. Decor is like a granny’s house and the color pallet (fuchsia and red tones) clashes with the sea view. Furniture is too big and clunky for the small space and I have bruises to prove it. - The Savers below opening up in the morning can be quite loud.
