Broad Down

Easy to find the site, and very private and quiet. No real noise from the pub nearby although obviously some music and children playing which can be expected. I had taken my own air-fryer as I knew I could use this, and when I told why I had done so (the oven was a bit low and I had to kneel on the floor to light it) she agreed and said she would add this to her list of equipment - so clearly they do listen to feedback.

A bit of extra information about the facilities in the van itself e.g. I had a power cut and there was no information about where the fuse box was sited (in the wardrobe) although Jim was quick to tell me where to find this. Also, majority of kitchen equipment was for a family i.e. large cookpots, and nothing to use to prepare a single portion meal. Some basic ovenproof dishes would help and perhaps a mixing jug too?

The pub at the end of the road with the playground- great for a lovely 5 year old
