About this house rental
Located in the convenient and sought-after Park Meadows community. Our townhome has plenty of living space, a great deck with gas grill, and easy access to all that Park City has to offer. It is a 5 minute walk to the city wide free bus system that will take you to all three ski resorts, historic Main Street, grocery/liquor stores, and more. The unit was completely remodeled/updated in 2020. The spacious three level townhome is approximately 1400 sq. ft with 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The Racquet Club Village Condominiums surround the Park City Municipal Area Recreation Center (MARC) that offers indoor/outdoor tennis, pickleball, gym, fitness equipment, and sauna for a nominal fee.

Lovely place to enjoy a Park City visit. Easy access to public transit or space to park a car, but off the beaten path enough to enjoy some peace away from central PC. Nice accommodation including 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Communicative host. The only thing to be aware of is the third bedroom is in fact a loft space that can only be accessed through the secondary bedroom. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property and we will be back again. Everything is well communicated and as described. Well stocked too which is an added bonus! The location is great if you want to enjoy Main Street as well as for activities at either Deer Valley or Park City. We had a few questions before and during our trip and had quick responses from the owner. Overall a great experience!

Location, and overall condition of this condo made it ideal for us! The condo have been renovated and everything has been tastefully placed- art, furnishings, kitchen. The view is spectacular and it was fun to go out the vac door to snowshoe and build a snowman! The city bus is a very short and easy walk.Bedding was comfy. Nice to have a garage and extra storage for skis and boards. Easy to communicate with owner.
