About this apartment rental
The apartment is newly renovated, newly furnished and located in the middle of beautiful Absberg. It has three bedrooms, each with a 1.80m large double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, as does the large living room. The kitchen has a modern fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and offers enough space in the adjoining dining room to sit comfortably together. The bathroom has a shower and bath and a washing machine.
Absberg is located in the north of the district of Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen in the middle of the Franconian Lake District on a mountain spur above the Kleiner Brombachse. In the immediate vicinity are also the Igelsbachsee and the Great Brombachsee.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, you have access to the entire apartment and use it alone. It is easily accessible via the entrance through the staircase.
I often go to the suburb or when I'm on the move, always on Airbnb and mobile phone. The apartment has a key safe, so the check in is easily possible and around the clock.
Directly opposite is a very good country inn. The road further, about 300 - 500 meters, there are two cozy cafes with lake view and terrace. The lake is within easy walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes downhill (about 1000 meters) or you drive by car about 1.5 km to the parking lot right on the lake.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben.
Die Kinder konnten gegenüber Hasen und Meerschweinchen füttern.

Bei Fragen und Ausflugstipps waren die Vermieter immer schnell ansprechbar.
Die Wohnung war wirklich klasse, es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt.
In der Küche gab es sogar scharfe Messer, sowas vermisse ich sonst eigentlich immer.
Die Lage, Nähe des Sees, war genial und im Dorf gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Dorfladen.
Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

This was a beautiful house to stay in. I could highly recommend it. The owner had thought of everything, the kitchen was very well equipped, the rooms were a generous size. There was plenty of space for us all and it was very comfortable. There was parking at the rear and a lovely balcony to the front. We found the people in the village very friendly and helpful indeed. We couldn’t speak much German but people were very kind . The village itself was so pretty and was ideally situated for the travelling we wished to do . Lake Brombachsee was a beautiful place and we had a lovely day out on the boat there. Fantastic scenery!

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Zum Brombachsee läuft man nur ein paar Minuten oder fährt eben kurz mit dem Auto wenn man Gepäck mitnehmen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch im Ort.
Das war ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub!
