It was self catering and we were told to pick the keys up from the lockbox at reception, but reception was still open so we could pick them up in person. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and gave us all the information we needed. We were also taking public transport and walked with 3 kids from the station, which took about 20 mins. There's also a great Bavarian restaurant not too far away, and an excellent pizza place which has a small playground outside. Everything was so convenient and there was a bike hire place a few minutes away. It was also well located - 10 mins cycle from a supermarket, and a short cycle to the lake. They provided towels and also a couple of tea towels, scrubber and washing up liquid.

It was a bit tricky to work out how to open the window doors, but that may be just because we'd never encountered them before! We also had a giant spider which moved into the bedroom. We gave him a name though and he was perfectly happy just chilling.

Wir hatten einen Oma Enkelkind Urlaub. Es war alles wunderbar! Unterkunft sehr sauber und modern. Umgebung wirklich empfehlenswert. Meiner 4 jährigen Enkelin hat vor allem das Freibad (war super toll, kann man sich mit Kindern stundenlang aufhalten, Nichtschwimmerbecken mit Rutsche, Spielplatz, Matschplatz usw) und die Spielplätze in der Nähe gefallen. Auch der Dinopark ist mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Dafür kann keiner was!!! Der wunderschöne Brombachsee war leider, auf Grund der hohen Temperaturen, mit wenig Wasser gefüllt, dafür mit viel hohen Pflanzen und Schlamm.
