A proprietária é extremamente prestável, a casa é muito acolhedora e está equipada com tudo o que é necessário, a localização é muito boa para quem procura tranquilidade e permite caminhadas a pé até à zona da praia.
Nos acessos à casa há um troço de terra batida que, devido às fortes intempéries que se fizeram sentir nas semanas anteriores, estava com muita lama e buracos..
