The property is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The town center is also within easy walking distance, approximately 10 minutes away. The apartment features two terraces, which is a great advantage. One terrace is shaded in the morning, while the other offers shade in the afternoon. Every room has aircondioning, and the beds are very confortable. The owners are kind and thoughtful. As a nice gesture, they gave the children some chocolate as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. They were also very understanding regarding the change in the number of guests. The agency through which the property was rented had not informed them that we had modified our booking from 6 to 8 people. We had contacted the agency in advance, and they confirmed that the change was acceptable, so we appreciated the owners’ understanding of the situation.

The kitchen could perhaps be organized a little more functionally, as the cutlery is kept in the walk-in pantry. We also noticed that the fridge door needed to be pushed firmly in order to close properly, and when the fridge was fully stocked, it did not seem to cool sufficiently. Unfortunately, some of our food went bad and had to be thrown away, so this may be something worth checking. We also found it slightly uncomfortable when the owner, who lives upstairs, asked us how many people were staying in the apartment after noticing nine chairs on one of the terraces. The reality was simply that we had moved one chair to the other terrace because that chair didn’t have an armrest, and was more comfortable for one of us.

close to beach, quiet and cozy place

On the day of our arrival in Primosten, the owner of the apartment (who lives in the same building as the rented apartment) was waiting for our arrival in front of the entrance gate to the apartment. After a warm welcome, the owner showed us around the property and apartment where he showed and explained what and how it works. We rented a 4-room apartment for 7 people (5 adults + 2 children). The apartment is very large with 4 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom with two single beds and three bedrooms with huge, comfortable double beds, including one room with access to the terrace where there is a large garden table with chairs for 8 people overlooking the sea. There are also two bathrooms in the apartment with a shower in one and a bathtub in the other. There is also an outside shower in front of the apartment which is one of the best convenient after returning from the beach to rinse yourself from the very salty sea which is the Adriatic Sea. The apartment also has a large hall, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room where 8 people can easily eat a meal. Each bedroom, hall and dining room has air conditioning. The apartment is situated in a quiet part of the town, about 20 seconds walk from the beach which is across the street and about 5 minutes walk along the beach to the center of the old Primosten where the evening life of this charming seaside town takes place. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. At the end of this review, we would like to thank the owners for their kind hospitality.
