Very nice

I was surprised how nice is this property, it's like a 4* hotel. Not new, but rather luxury and kept in a top shape. Primošten is a rather hilly place, but that gives you a nice view from your window. :-) I was there off-season, so it was rather empty and very quiet, not many people around.

I would return to apartment Silvija in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, very close to the beach and city centre. The apartment was very well furnished and spacious. Ideal for families and small groups. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Location is really great (10 min walk from the beach and the city), the view from the balcony was amazing. Apartment is modernly furnished and spacious. The owner changed our towels every other day.

Bathroom has really unpleasant smell from the sewage system.

A quiet place to stay next to the heart of Primosten.

Refurbished property with an effective air-conditioning and new modern equipment. Perfect communication with the host. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the amazing city centre of Primosten!

Szép volt, jó éreztük magunkat

Nagyon szép volt az egész, fürdő felszerelt, szép, modern. A konyha azért nem teljesen felszerelt, pároknak ajánlom a szállast, mi jól éreztük magunkat. A wifivel egy percig nem volt probléma, a személyzet nagyon kedves. Tisztaság volt

A fel sétálást a melegben a szállásra az nem nagyon tetszett, ezen kivül nincsen panaszunk az ajtó egyszer kinyilt magától

Une grande déception pour un logement trop bien noté

Difficile de décrire ce que l'on a apprécié tant la déception était grande. Le stationnement facile dans la rue et la proximité du centre historique sont les deux seuls éléments. C'est très court, il est vrai.

Wifi défaillant, pas d’essuie main, pas de torchons, pas de tapis de bain, pas de produit ménager, pas d'éponge, odeur forte d'égout dans la salle de bain qui a complétement envahi le studio, des touffes de cheveux partout, un état de propreté déplorable, nous étions heureux de n'avoir à y passer qu'une nuit. Un des pires logements que j'ai utilisé, et je voyage beaucoup ! Ne mérite pas sa notation et son classement.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bármikor újra visszamennék. (pár konyhai kiegészítőt vinnék magammal)

Nagyon jó, központi helyen volt a szállás, autóval könnyen megközelíthető, az udvaron ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel. Az erkélyről csodálatos a kilátás a tengerre. Az óváros, strand, pékség (Bobis) pár pereces gyaloglással elérhető. A közelben sok kis strandot fedeztünk fel (ami jobb, mint a központi strand: Strand Porat, kicsit távolabb Beach Bilo) A szoba tiszta, rendezett, az ágy kényelmes. Hűtőszekrény méret megfelelő. Fürdőszoba jól felszerelt. Éjszaka viszonylag csendes a környék, nyitott ablak (ajtó) mellett is jól kehetett aludni. Gyerekekkel is kényelmes volt minden.

Konyha felszerelés szegényes. Nincs mikró, kávéfőző, kevés a pohár, kések életlenek.

Krásné ubytování s dokonalým výhledem.

Mohu vřele doporučit, ubytování je přiměřenou cenu v krásných apartmánech s jedním z nejlepších výhledů jaké si můžete přát. Jednání s majiteli bylo jednoduché, i předčasný check in byl strašně fajn. Pokojíky jsou prostorné, uklizené (vyjma špinavé pánve po předchozích ubytovaných), balkon je slušně velký. Odhlášení naprosto bezproblémové.

1. Na některé balkony by to chtělo dát lepší nábytek, protože skládací židle není úplně pohodlné posezení pro takto krásný výhled. Naproti tomu, na jiných balkonech jsou pohovky a křesílka. 2. Spousta starého nepořádku kolem apartmánu mu na noblesnosti nedodává, naopak to působí dojmem, že se tady na něco kašle... Starý robot z pizzerie se během týdne ani nepohnul. 3. Ve všech pokojích drhnou dveře a v koupelně se bez většího úsilí nedaly ani zařít.
