Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi - Tokyo

We loved the location as it was close to the train station and walking distance to restaurants

The bath is very high and I would have liked another hand rail to grip outside the bath

Nice, large room and bathroom. Clear written instructions on everything. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Seven eleven and restaurants close.

Excellent customer service and very clean rooms. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff were kind enough to leave us a lovely message and cute towel animals! It is conveniently located close to Tokyo Station as well as Kanda Station. Both are about a 10min walk. There is a 7-Eleven and Lawson across the road. Very close to other areas of Tokyo. We were also able to use the transport service linked to the hotel to port some of our bags to Haneda Airport.

The staff was super friendly and I loved the common area downstairs. It was a nice touch! I also liked the option for a late checkout.

We booked a room for 3, which I didn't expect to be 2 beds put together so 3 people could sleep on one big bed. If this has to be the case, at least give each of the 3 people individual duvet covers. This was the most bizarre sleeping arrangement. The hotel is not as convenient to Tokyo Station as perceived, especially with big luggage.
