In the business district, so away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Very near to the palace gardens, and 10 minutes from Tokyo station. Other metro lines nearby, so easy to get to other areas. The breakfast was in a small cafe area that was also open to the public, and was good value and perfectly adequate.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. The location offered several metro options for getting around Tokyo. The rooms were of good size for Japan. The breakfast was made with quality ingredients and offered healthy choices.
While the breakfast food was well prepared and of very good quality, I found the selection to be a bit limited.

Nice property. Clean and very nicely decorated.
Not crazy about the location for families. It was far from a lot of the areas our teenage boys wanted to visit and made it hard to take a little break during the day.

The staff was super friendly and I loved the common area downstairs. It was a nice touch! I also liked the option for a late checkout.
We booked a room for 3, which I didn't expect to be 2 beds put together so 3 people could sleep on one big bed. If this has to be the case, at least give each of the 3 people individual duvet covers. This was the most bizarre sleeping arrangement. The hotel is not as convenient to Tokyo Station as perceived, especially with big luggage.
