It feels like visiting the vacation house of my granny

The house is located on a cozy street wich connects the main square and the main church. A top location. The street was so clean that I could walk there without shoes. Nice cute apartment good equiped with everything needed for a comfort stay. 7 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the closest supermarket and 2 minutes to the coffee bar. And the best perk is a host! The most friendly lady I've ever met. Super positive and helpful. I think my husband now has a new croatian granny. Just to describe better her attentiveness. I had a birthday during our stay, so lubica came with flowers in the morning.

The church bells ring at 6 even after asking them to change it.

Amazing location and wonderful host.

Central location no more than 5 mins to most parts of Stari grad. The host was a Senior Lady with little English but a great welcome. Greeted us most days days with a cheery wave . Left some home pressed olive oil on our arrival lovely touch

Perfect location in the middle of old town.

Issues about the airconditioner with a landlord who assumed we left the aircon on all the time, controlling when we came and left the place. If i want to stay home 24/7 with airconditioner and its supposed to be included in price i am not supposed to be questioned about it. I am a 50 year old, responsible woman who listens to, and follow rules. While paying for living in an apartment , mistrust and controlling took away some of the good feeling about the stay.

Exceptional

Amazing location on the island and within Stari grad, all near, but in a calm place. Very lovely and talkative host Ljubica ❤️, and a relatively big room that is well-equipped even for longer stays as ours, in our room we even had Ljubica's home made olive oil (better than any other you can buy ☺️) and salt to season our salads which we like to have for dinner. Perfect kitchen and bathroom, and a nice "terrace" on the corner of the street (a little steep, but working ☺️), we used it every evening - the atmosphere is perfect, the locals greet you and you feel immediately at home here, and as part of this little town. Stari grad is also a good base for exploring the island - by local buses, or by bike.

The bedroom (we were on the ground floor) sometimes got a bit noisy at night when you leave the window on ventilation - the passers by are just behind it and some like to talk loudly, but Stari grad and this part of town are not at all crowded and it hapenned just occasionally. But this also adds to the feeling that you "stay as the locals do" here in the little town.

Exceptional

The location was absolutely perfect! It is right next to one of the famous squares with a church and a tower, where you can sit outside the room on a quaint street and enjoy the view of beautiful old stone buildings. It is also a 4 minute walk to the grocery shops and the centre of town, where all of the restaurants and local shops are located. The host was more than lovely, we were given a bundle of lavender on our way out. A nice ending to a gorgeous stay.

Stay in the center of Old Town

The location is perfect. Just in the center of Old Town. The bed is comfy. And the host is amazing. Ljubica made our staying even better. She's a very kind host.
