Odlična lokacija, lijepo i čisto, domaćini divni.

Objekt nema klimu, ali ima mobilni i plafonski ventilator pa smo to držali uključeno po noći.

Die Lage ist super! Inmitten der Altstadt ist man schnell bei den Restaurants, Fahrrad-/Scooterverleih aber auch der Busstop und der nächste Supermarkt sind nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Der Außenbereich ist echt toll, man kann abends noch gut und lange dort verweilen und man hat trotzdem die nötige Privatsphäre. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, um abwechslungsreich kochen zu können. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck im Vorgarten lassen und noch ein bisschen in Stari Grad bleiben.

Wie bereits von vorherigen Reisenden angemerkt: es gibt keinen AC. Der Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer hat leider nur spärlich geholfen und die Hitze hat sich sehr gestaut ( auch nach regelmäßigem Lüften). Zudem war das WLAN nicht allzu gut. Auch bei uns war das Kinderlager gut besucht und dementsprechend etwas laut.

The location is superb, in the old town. The appartment is clean and spacious enough for two adults (+ 1 or 2 kids upstairs on the attic) There is also a sleepingcouch with comfi matras. The garden is nice and has a big part shadow all day; excellent during summer. Excellent price-quality balance! The menly host speaks good English and is relaxed & friendly

The wifi was not strong or steady. Across the street is a summercamp for teenagers during July&August. Sometimes they are loud during some moments in the day. But they spend also hours on the beach and than it is quiet in the street.The windows in the kitchen and upstairs do not have blinds, so you can not make it dark there. In the bedroom are curtains and blinds.
