About this house rental
Private room with a private, electronic, outdoor entrance and private bathroom. It works like a hotel room w/ private self/check-in. We also have a swimming pool.
There is plenty of room to park a boat, trailer etc…. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and has a new shower in place of the garden tub. The bedroom has a portable, powerful a/c that allows you to control the room temperature. There is also a heater, an electric fireplace, internet, television, ceiling fan, microwave, coffee pot, and a mini-fridge. The back porch is also private and shaded with a table, chairs and charcoal grill.
We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedroom and bathroom stay locked off from rest of the house to ensure your privacy. We provide clean linens, towels, soap and coffee filters. We are a half mile from the bay with great fishing /dock/landing/park, 3 miles from the Apalachicola River/downtown, and 15 minutes from beautiful St. George Island to our east. 15-20 minutes to our west are the beaches of PSJ, Indian Pass and Cape San Blas. Mecico Beach is just west of PSJ. Have a great stay and enjoy historic Apalachicola!

The rental was clean. The hosts friendly and helpful. Deck needs power washing. The walking path back to the rental was sketchy. Neighbor has multiple barking dogs.
