I stayed here for one night while attending a job interview in Brunnthal, and the location worked well for my needs. The hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size for a single traveller. It's also conveniently located with a bus stop nearby and within walking distance of Unterhaching train station. Getting to Brunnthal was straightforward, with a direct bus journey of around 20 minutes.
Breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day.
One thing to note is that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Fortunately, the weather was comfortable during my stay because it rained a little, so it never became too warm in the room.
The main downside was the internet. Unfortunately, it wasn't working at all during my entire stay and was still unavailable when I checked out the next morning. Another minor drawback was the 11:00 am check-out time.
Overall, for the price, it was a good option. Despite a few shortcomings, I would still recommend it, especially for travellers looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay, or as a convenient base for travelling to Brunnthal.

ただお湯を沸かすポットが無いのと、冷蔵庫がありませんでした。

This hotel is perfect if you have a car.
Free parking, great breakfast and kind staff.
It is 1 km far away from the S Bahn stop. So it takes ~12 minutes by foot. Marienplatz is 30 min away from the hotel (walking+S bahn).
