About this house rental
This luxury holiday home sits in a position of perfect elevation, making the most of the view to Sydney harbour. A tastefully furnished rental home in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Sydney, accommodation doesn’t get much more luxurious than this!
On arriving through the grand entrance, you’ll realise straight away that the multiple living areas give you more space to choose from than your average home, and if you turn left, you get to a stunning kitchen/living/dining area. There you’ll find a dining table fit for celebrities that seats 12, positioned in front of the matching grey fireplace with unusual and super glamorous artwork above the mantel. The crisp white kitchen area means you can whisk your culinary masterpieces straight from oven to table, with only the matching white breakfast bar in the way – which is perfect for casual coffee and pastries in the morning, along with the butler's pantry right off of the kitchen.
The sitting area overlooking the pool is awash with light from the glorious windows and French doors, which connect indoor and outdoor perfectly. As you walk out in into the sunshine you’ll find yourself following the path of stepping stones set into the vivid green lawn that takes you to your secluded pool. The sprawling garden also boasts an outdoor seating area, dining area, and BBQ, so sun-worshippers can stay outside for as long as they want to!
Heading back into the house and past the entrance, stopping once again to marvel at the grand decor and loft ceilings, you’ll reach the staircase. Here you wander up the grey carpeted stairs to the 5 luxurious bedrooms, all truly decadent and a delight to come up to at the end of a long day shopping, sightseeing, or just people-watching.
Bellevue Hill is an old money Eastern suburb of Sydney, very upmarket and home to some of the area’s largest and most iconic homes, including rental homes like this gorgeous manor house. Staying as you are among Sydney’s elite, you’ll find a multitude of amazing things to see and do, and it’s quick and easy to get to Bondi beach, or Double Bay where you can take the ferry and go further afield. The tree-lined streets, parks, and beautifully manicured gardens wherever you turn make this a haven for a peaceful stroll, before hitting the shops or enjoying some fine dining.
