Проживали 4 ночи в июле 2026г. Хозяин Анатолий очень любезен: ключ от апартаментов передал лично, с ним мы поднялись в апартаменты, рассказал и показал, где обменник, где круглосуточный магазин (все оказалось на 1 этаже дома, что очень удобно), где вкусно и недорого поесть, где остановки и магазины и т.д. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фото. У апартаментов удобное расположение: море/пляж, торговый центр, остановки транспорта-все рядом, в пешей доступности. Очень рекомендую данные апартаменты.
немного шумно ночью, т.к. окна выходили на небольшую улицу. Но это совсем не критично, т.к. после долгих прогулок по Батуми спали "без задних ног".

We had an excellent stay at V&A Lux Apartments in Batumi and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
Our host was very kind, punctual, and welcoming. He was waiting for us exactly at the agreed time, making the check-in process smooth and easy.
The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and has a lovely balcony where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. It is located only about a five-minute walk from the seaside, making it an ideal place to enjoy everything Batumi has to offer.
The neighbourhood is excellent. There are supermarkets open 24 hours a day, fresh fruit and vegetable shops, restaurants, cafés, and everything you might need within walking distance. We also appreciated that it was possible to find free parking spaces near the building.
Everything is there for a perfect holiday. Thank you for your hospitality—we would definitely stay here again!

Анатолию , спасибо большое . Квартира действительно как на фото . Всё продумано и сделано с душой . Даже есть вертикальный пылесос . Пляж в 5 минутах . Магазин и обменный пункт на первом этаже . Торговый центр тоже в 5 минутах и бочка с квасом на улице через дорогу -). Спасибо огромное !

Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин! Идет навстречу во всех моментах, старается сделать посещение максимально комфортным.
Иногда приходилось пропускать лифты из-за ограничения количества людей.
