Gute Lage, unkomplizierter Check in. Restaurants und Supermarkt zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Mobiliar etwas ramponiert aber eher als optisches Manko. Im Nebengebäude mit zwei Schlafzimmern funktioniert die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sehr gut, nur wenn man in der Nacht die Tür vom Schlafzimmer zumacht hat man von der Klimaanlage nichts mehr. Aber wenn man die Türen tagsüber geöffnet hat dann reicht der Kühleffekt noch für die Nacht.

Kiváló házigazda (megbízott háztechnikus), tiszta szállás. Autóval kedvező lokáció. Alkalmas 10+ fő társaságnak, medencével.
Néhány részlet nem praktikus, pl. szúnyoghálók hiányoznak. A mosogatógép evőeszköztartója hibás. A földszinti zuhanyból kifolyik a víz. A fürdőszoba lámpa és a bojler működtető egymás mellett van (könnyen a bojler van kikapocsolba a lámpa helyett).
