Clean, considerable resources provided, nice restaurant and friendly staff. The garden, hot spring and room itself are excellent and beautiful.
It will be better if more towels provided in Onsen area.

給湯設備が悪いのかシャワーなどお湯が出なかった。 貸切風呂で前利用者が湯槽のお湯を冷ましたのか、温度が低くシャワーも水だったので温まれなかった。 非常に残念でした。

Le Onsen privé avec la vue sur le Mont Fuji, c'est quand même un beau plaisir! Le petit déjeuner sous forme de self c'est sympa aussi!
L'hotel mériterait un petit coup de frais dans les équipements et la déco.
