It was my second time to stay here. There was an issue with the onsen in the annex that we stayed in, but it was fixed the day after and the hotel management was kind to offer a form of compensation which we gladly took. The staff members at the hotel are very kind and thoughtful. I enjoy the overall atmosphere of this hotel and the buffet breakfast and dinner is great.
It has it’s flaws due to its age, but that is one of its charms and I love coming here.
