clean. friendly owners. good storage. clean bathroom and nice shower. kitchenette was useful.

quite small and the AC does not extend to the kitchenette so we did sometimes get bugs in there. the fridge does not get very cold but the freezer worked well.

This is the best place we stayed in during our month trip in Vietnam. If you need something, it's already there ! The place feel like home and allows you to rest after a long day visiting HCM, air con works perfectly and is quiet. There's even different pillows to choose from while the mattress is perfect. The shower is spacious and enclosed you don't splash the all place. The host is such a beautiful person, makes the stay even better. And it is a pleasure to go out and have the neighbours saying hello and waving to you. It made it even more difficult to leave this beautiful country :-)

Very clean, quiet and as described. It has all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Lovely balcony and bathroom. It’s in an alley in a residential neighborhood, so it’s very quiet.
