Well-equipped kitchenette (even though the cooker could be bigger).
Separate bedroom (useful when travelling with small child).
Nice, modern equipment.
Wi-fi was useless. Some services were unavailable at all (i.e. App Store), some (most websites) were loading incredibly slowly, some were working full speed. It appears to me that the provider is blocking some services or websites, which is quite inacceptable.
Keys were supposed to be collected in nearby restaurant that was however closed with no apparent signs or instructions. Took quite a time till someone opened.
Kitchen shelves and appliances with sharp metal edges (maybe nice design, but dangerous one). I almost cut myself with a kitchen drawer...

well equipped kitchen (incl. coffee machine), parking just in front of the main entrance (appreciated especially in the winter, when you need to move skiing equipment for the whole family twice a day), room to keep skies and boots.
