Náš pobyt byl od začátku do konce perfektní. Od předání klíčů po konečné odhlášení. Personál byl vstřícný, vybavení dostačující. Každý pokoj má přidělenou svou lednici, kuchyňku, svůj jídelní stůl. Prostory jsou vytápěné, vkusně zařízené. Nic nám nechybělo. Lokalita ubytování je vhodná jak pro lázeňské procházky tak pro turistiku. K využití je i zahrádka s posezením, kde jsou i houpačky pro děti. Toto ubytování vřele doporučuji s klidným srdcem dál.

Možná jedine vyzouvání u dveří, někdo nám vyměnil boty, naštěstí to bylo jednoduché vyřešit

Lokalitu známe, vloni jsme bydleli v hotelu Toč (nádhera). Přes booking bylo toto ubytování čtvrté v lokalitě Jeseníků.
Ubytování je prezentováno jako apartmán. Kuchyň a jídelna je však sdílená, což není uvedeno v prezentaci. Čistota sprchového koutu, nepohodlnost postelí (velmi nízké a tvrdé postele).
