Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, jadalnia tuż obok, miła właścicielka, wygodne łóżka i bardzo blisko parku.
Wspólne łazienki dla tańszych pokoi, ale nie było do nich kolejek.

Spokojna ulica, możliwość korzystania z zielonego otoczenia willi z altanką i leżakami. W pokoju czajnik, talerzyki, kubki i sztućce. Dom z duszą. Właścicielka profesjonalna i życzliwa.
Brak dostępu do kuchni. Brak dyskretniejsze go oświetlenia oprócz światła górnego. Może przydałaby się moskitiera w oknie.
