地點非常便利，旁邊就是全家、對面有充電站、樓下就是吉野家、後方還有LAWSON及7-11，距離牧志市場、國際通、榮町市場走路只要10分鐘左右，附近還有家24小時的大型超市，機能非常棒。
臨近馬路，晚上車聲有點吵，第一天半夜就聽到三台警車或救護車，每次經過都被驚醒。
