Great secluded villa, excellent view, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The pool was great and a great sized villa with outdoor BBQ. The view was great too looking towards the sea in Calpe.

The only bad things would be the cracked tiles when you walk into the kitchen, we had dogs with us so we had to put a towel down so they didn’t cut their paws. The mosquitos are rife with it being a very green area with a forest nearby so make sure you have plenty of insect repellent on when sitting out in the evening!

Excellent villa ( but could be 10 stars) if villa was fenced and had aircon and mosquito nets

The location was wonderful and very peaceful with beautiful views. Beds were perfect. The pool was fantastic, clean and very warm. Outdoor grill perfect for cooking and garden kept nice. Plusholidays were very friendly and helpful and sorted out any little problems without hesitation and quickly.

The property was not fenced back or front of villa, we had 2 dogs ( villa was advertised as dog friendly)and had to spend the first day buying and erecting temporary fencing to stop them wandering off in the distance hills ,NO aircon in main living area. No mosquitto nets in main living area windows. We were 3 weeks and had no change of sheets or towels.

Paradisiaque et relaxant

L'emplacement est merveilleux, avec une vue paradisiaque sur le Peñon de Ifac et la Méditerrannée. On est à 7' du centre de Calpe sans en subir l'animation continuellement. La villa est confortable et spacieuse. Le tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Florence, qui nous a reçus à notre arrivée et qui s'est occupée de nnous à notre départ a été très aimable et serviable. Nous avons eu un problème de parasol le premier jour qui a été réglé en quelques heures sur un simple coup de fil à PlusHolidays. Le logement dispose même d'une pièce sous le garage (non-documentée) dans laquelle nous avons pu ranger nos vélos en toute sécurité. La fausse pelouse paraît rédhibitoire sur les photos mais est finalement très confortable et bien mieux qu'un carrelage, sachant qu'une vraie pelouse dans cette région ne survivrait probablement pas. Les jardiniers passent une fois par semaine pour décrasser la fausse pelouse et s'occuper des arbustes. Il y a plusieurs endroits sur la propriété pour se délasser: autour de la piscine, dans le patio sous l'olivier en contrebas où une table, 2 chaises et un transat ont été installés. La piscine n'est pas énorme mais suffisante. On a pied partout. Profondeur max environ 1,5m. Le barbecue et la plancha (au gaz tous les 2) sont géniaux pour les repas en soirée. Un éclairage automatique permet d'y voir clair pour cuisiner le soir lors des soirées de fin septembre.

Le fait de devoir aller chercher (1er jour) et rendre (dernier jour) les clés à l'agence PlusHolidays qui se trouve en plein centre ville sans aucune facilité de parking est très gênant. En effet, on arrive après 1.800 km de route, avec un véhicule chargé et des vélos sur l'attache remorque et il faut aller se garer (mal) à 10' à pied pour récupérer les clés. Accueillir les clients à la location serait un vrai plus. Il faudrait pouvoir éteindre l'éclairage automatique extérieur pour pouvoir admirer les étoiles; je n'ai pas trouvé d'interrupteur pour le faire. Il y a un système d'alarme, mais aucune explication pour pouvoir l'activer. Les matelas à ressorts qui font "glounc glounc" mériteraient d'être changés. Il n'y a pas de voisin à l'est, ni au nord. Ceux au sud, également une location gérée par PlusHolidays ont changé 3 fois en 2 semaines. Ils disposent d'un système d'alarme dont le fonctionnement ne semble pas leur avoir été expliqué, ce qui fait qu'à leur arrivée, cette alarme se met en route toutes les 10' pendant jusqu'au moment où ils trouvent comment la désactiver. Les voisins à l'ouest n'ont fait qu'une soirée un peu bruyante sur les 2 semaines.
