We loved our stay! We are 4 mature couples who came for a weekend getaway and and the house was very comfortable and an ample size to accomodate us all. Breakfast was not provided but the kitchen was very well equipped with Nespresso pod machine plus a percolator, plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and ample glassware, as well as sugar, tea and some condiments. The decor is lovely, modern, tasteful shabby-chic beachy to match the surrounds, stunning views with huge windows overlooking the ocean, ample seating, huge TV, WI-FI, everything you need. Clean and cosy and well equipped with modern amenities. But the hero was definitely the killer view! We will certainly book here again!

The layout and the view! We were missing an item when we got there and the lovely Laura brought it right over, couldn't have been more accommodating.

The WiFi which is available thankfully, but it can stutter in and out. And very little phone reception.

Location was fabulous

The house was potentially excellent . Great location, two big living areas and good kitchen and bedrooms. However it seemed it had been let go. It needed a really good clean, including in the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ( which looked like things had been randomly dumped in them since the early 80s). Every thing was grimy & it didn’t seem clean eg: old toenails in the carpet, not ours. It was disgusting. ( I will say that all of the linen was clean thanks). The glass sliding doors upstairs were broken - we opened them and the glass came completely away from the frame ( very dangerous if it had happened to a child). Someone turned up to fix them before we had advised the agent , so it was obviously a pre existing problem. They didn’t fix it and said they would return. We did not see them again. The glass sliding doors downstairs must have also been broken as the rain came in and made puddles on the floor. On our arrival a different tradesperson had turned up to fix “something “ but as we had only just checked in we didn’t know what it was. I guess it was that. The dishwasher was broken( agent was advised). There was some sort of mould on the roof in a bedroom upstairs. Overall it was a shame that such a potentially great facility was not worth the top dollar that we paid for it .
