Plage Residences

The rooms were spacious and clean. the pool area and garden was lovely. the area was quiet and so close to being able to get the bus from the airport and into the centre of Paphos and easy access to restaurant and supermarkets. Easy access to the sea front. Coach trips picked up and dropped off outside too

The some of the furniture was looking a bit tired. Bed mattresses were very hard, although personal preference some of us didn't sleep well. Only had one pillowcase on one pillow each where you may need to use more and very uncomfortable. the weather this April was cooler so we were using a duvet but there was no duvet covers which felt a bit weird. not enough towels and bathmats for each room. We didn't have a welcome pack on arrival to explain about where to empty bins,what happens when no hot water due to solar panels not having enough sun on them etc.So had a few issues to message host about. As the hos t was not aware that the welcome pack was not there. We finally got one but this should have been checked before we arrived and there was meant to be a first aid kit. Mentioned in the welcome pack but was not one in the villa. Maybe better cleaning facilities needed. Separate brushes for outside and inside. That are regularly checked by and not left to rot

The pool was great, the beds and pillows were comfortable. water pressure for the taps and shower was good. Location was somewhat good as it was a quiet area of a night and had some nice bars and restaurants nearby also a big water park nearby.

Nothing to dislike only issues we had was Aircon in one room leaked water but problem was dealt with immediately after reporting and only other issue we had was ants would find there way into the property but again easily dealt with ant killer

The property is gorgeous, great location and peaceful. The property was perfectly sized for 4 adults and a teenager but would be comfortable for 6 adults easily. The pool is a decent size, great outdoor space for dining and sunbathing. The downstairs bedroom was great for my parents who have mobility problems. All ensuite and well sized. Communication was great and easy access to the property via key safe. We all enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back

The beds were a little too firm but that's a personal choice, I placed the blankets underneath and slept well. The TV did not have any English channels which would have been nice for the teenager.

Excellent position, facilities and cleanliness.

Requires a light over the bbq area and more towels. The pool could do with being heated but you can’t have it all.
