About this villa rental
A beautiful 6-bedroom villa located in the popular area of Universal being ideal for families and large groups wishing to holiday together. The villa is located within walking distance of amenities and a regular bus service operating to Paphos Town, Kato Paphos Harbour, the beach and hotels, shops and restaurants etc.
The spacious open plan living area features two lounge areas with sofas, a fireplace and internet TV, a formal dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, all furnished to a high standard. The full-width folding patio doors from the living area allows access to the covered furnished terrace and private swimming pool.
Three of the villa’s bedrooms are located on the ground floor. A large master bedroom with a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and patio doors leading to the terrace and private swimming pool; a further double bedroom and twin bedroom. A separate shower room is available on this floor.
The villa has the luxury of a further spacious living area located on the first floor. This area has sofas, internet TV, an office space, kitchen with oven and fridge/freezer. The remaining bedrooms for the villa are located on this floor; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a family suite consisting of a twin bedroom and adjacent double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The ground floor living area and bedrooms are air-conditioned via a central system and has central heating available for the cooler months. The first-floor bedrooms have air conditioning units available for cooling and heating.
A baby cot and highchair are available on request. Two camp beds can be provided for children, upon request.
Outside there is a well screened private 8m x 4m swimming pool and sun loungers. The furnished covered terrace together with the barbecue allow for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed. To the front there is private parking to the side for up to two cars, a side area with a small table and 2 chairs and a landscaped front garden with tall Palm trees.

Kleanthis was an excellent host & very helpful & was always quick to respond to any queries.
Villa was great but could have had more glasses, mugs and tea towels as we self catered a lot.
Location was peaceful as it is in a residential area but that means it’s quite a long walk to the harbour area which is not so good for less abled guests.

We are a group of 9 girls on a hen do. Booked this villa five months in advance and it was so worth it. The villa was very clean, big and airy, with three living areas and two different outdoor seating areas. Owner gifted us some food and drinks to kick start the wonderful holiday. He was fast to response our questions /messages and gave good suggestions. will definitely book again!

We stayed at this villa for 4 nights in May 2019. We were a group of 9 women on a hen party.
The owner met us on arrival and couldn’t be more accommodating. He gave us all the advice we needed and even took us to a supermarket for supplies.
The villa has everything you will need, it is clean, modern and has a great pool.
Close by there is a restaurant, bar and supermarket which is a 5 minute walk.
Paphos was a bit too far for us to walk to though, so we had a mini-bus each evening to take us into town. This was about 30euros return for 9 of us. The owner again gave us the details for the taxi company and they were there within 5 minutes wherever we were.
We had such a fun time and will hopefully be able to return.
