- 5 Miles from the Heart of Old Mission Peninsula & it's World Famous Wineries.
- 1.7 Miles & 3 Minute Drive to the Cherry Capital Airport.
- 7.3 Miles to Flint Fields Horse Park & Renowned Great Lakes Equestrian Festival.
- 5 Miles from Vasa Pathway, a Local Favorite for Hiking, Biking, and Skiing.
- Less than 35 Minutes to One of the Nation's Most Stunning Shorelines, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park!

- Pet owners, please be advised on our easy, straightforward pet policy. 2 pet max, clean up after them, & please keep them off the furniture/linens.
- A waiver must be signed in order to access the hot tub.
-The exterior property of this home is monitored by Ring Home Security.
- Esch's Chalet shares a driveway with our neighboring two-bedroom Oneida’s Chalet to the North. Both cottages have their own private areas, also separated by an 8ft. privacy fence between them. You will each have two private parking spots. On the South, it shares a small amount of yard along the creek with Leland's Cottage, both have their own private yards as well. Please be conscious & respectful of other guests & pets when outdoors.
- With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city.
Interaction with Guests:
I’ll always be available via your booking app messenger and happy to help! In the case of an emergency, I’ll be available by phone. You may also see me from time to time taking care of the yard or cleaning other homes on the property.

Everything was exceptionally clean and the space was so warm and cozy. We wanted a secluded cabin in the woods which we got but also had the benefit of being close to downtown!

We loved this cabin! It was very clean and comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also enjoyed using the charcoal grill. The beds were very comfortable and so was the living room. Our boys loved playing in the creek.
