There really wasnt much to dislike so there isnt a comment for this question

Warm , clean
Parking can be difficult , dorms need to be separate for female and men

The location is perfect for the airport. The room was clean, everything worked, and the plumbing was excellent. The staff were truly exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything from luggage to local advice. The atmosphere felt warm and almost family-like.
Nothing significant. Everything worked as expected and the service exceeded expectations.

We stayed in the increadable family room. Situated in the loft space it's two rooms. One for a main bedroom and the other is a breathtaking stilling room (although it also boasts two pull out crouches)
There is also a small, but fully equipped, en suite.
Great room, will be returning soon.

The accommodation is quite clean. The showers are shared, with two on each floor, and the toilets are separate. The dormitory rooms have a total of 8 beds and can be arranged as male or female only. Inside the room, there are both fans and heaters, but no hairdryer is provided. The room rate includes breakfast, which usually consists of bread, jam, milk, coffee, cornflakes, and yogurt.
The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the castle, Iceland, and Asda, with many restaurants around the area.
You can hear noises from the surrounding rooms, like people talking or doors opening, but I didn’t find it too disturbing.

Really comfortable tidy beds and a great location! Quiet. Breakfast included is generous!
Note there are no kitchen facilities. No fridge to store food (i gave mine to a staff member to put somewhere but it got thrown out).

Lovely cosy, clean value for money hostel located in the centre next to Castle and many pubs and restaurants nearby. It was a great pleasure to meet Sue the owner who has completely transformed this B&B. Her work ethic is truly to be applauded and admired and she has so many experiences of world travels to share. Has recently acquired a hotel in Bangor each room with its own en-suite including full English breakfast. Definitely will stay there on next visit to Snowdon

It's was a very good price for a last minute booking!
There wasn't much to not like :)

Great location and lovely staff
The room was roasting (not the hostels fault more so the heatwave and 2 people in the room came in around 2:30am and turned on all the lights. Again not the hostels fault. A wee curtain over the beds would be nice for privacy.

Lovely staff, atmosphere, facilities clean and tidy, beds were comfy, with individual lights and charging points. Gluten free bread and cereal at breakfast. If you have a "normal" diet, you would love the simple, but plentiful continental breakfast.
No designated parking, but I was lucky with finding a post 6pm place nearby. All the jams and spreads were in sharing jars, which is a little difficult on the cross contamination front for coeliacs, but I never expect special treatment. Storage space for bags was at a premium

Continental style breakfast spread very comprehensive; more than adequate to start the day. I felt the setup in the breakfast room was very welcoming.
Sadly, Caernarfon revellers returning to the dorm at 1:30 am made for a sleepless night. Note to self: avoid Saturday nights! Albeit staff were friendly and the breakfast very good, £48 is a lot to pay for a totally sleepless night spent sheltering in my car because there was no common room accessible to escape a noisy dorm.

Good location.
This is really a guest house. It is branded as an inn with private rooms. There is one family room that is ok, and this is what we got, but the vibe, atmosphere, and facilities are suitable for a guest house and not an inn for family with children. Breakfast is quite poor.

I've stayed here before.
Su and her sraff are always very helpful.
Not a full English breakfast but a perfect breakfast if you're going walking for the day.
Bar down stairs with a good choice of well kept beers, cocktails, etc.
Perfecr location. Near the rrain staton and the bus station. A perfect base for getting around Snowdonia by bus.
Nothing. Will be sraying there again when in teh area.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location close to the port, the castle and pubs around the town. Beds very comfortable. Small lockers with keys available for personal goods. Towels available for rent.
Breakfast was simple in choice, but sufficient in size and in a comfortable dining basement.

The property was lovely and perfectly located near the sea and Caernarfon's high street. I stayed in a hostel-style room -- the beds were comfy and each guest had plenty of space. The best part of the stay was certainly being welcomed by Su, who is fantastic. She made me a nice tea when I came back tired from a long and windy hike.

We had the private family room, it was so spacious, with a separate lounge area, fridge, tea and coffee. Staff were lovely. We would stay again. It’s close to the beautiful castle and harbour. Bit noisy with revellers on a bank holiday Sunday and the seagulls were loud but that can’t be helped!
Nothing bad, lots of steps to the top which wouldn’t suit everyone

Great location, in the dead center of town
Bunk beds were quite comfy and I got the bed in the corner I asked for
Check-in was rather quick with vague information. Tea was provided in the reception room below but had to go ask in the cafe for the kettle.
No plugs by the bed, no shelf either. No locker (I think there might have been small ones for valuables in the reception room as I saw them, but wasn't given any info about them)
No heating most hours of the day (only a few hours early morn and eve). I get heating's expensive these days but if you are making guests pay quite a lot to stay - especially in a dorm - the least you can do is to make sure guests are comfortable. Raise your prices if you're losing money, but don't make your guests uncomfortable. The owner said she left it on a bit longer for me after I asked, but I did touch the heater and it was stone cold.
You can't even get warm with a nice hot shower because the water is lukewarm and it's one of those showers that stop working after about 10s, and you have to press the button again. You can't even press it before it ends to keep it going, it doesn't work. It only starts again once it's stopped and you press again.
I arrived after a very rainy day spent outside, I was drenched and frozen, and not being able to warm up was awful.
And while it's apparently too expensive to provide heating and hot working showers for guests, it was apparently fine to leave the cafe door wide open (was open when I left to go to a supermarket, still open when I came back)
Icing on the cake was my only roommate who was clearly staying a while and leaving her stuff everywhere, and asking me if it was ok to do yoga in the room at 4am which was apprently "not the middle of the night" to her. She did end up doing it outside after I said no but ffs... And while hostel cannot control its guests, they can check the state of the room and ask said guest to not act as if it was their own private room.

I stopped over for one night and drove over to Snowdon the next day which was just a 20/30 min drive away. I also parked over night in a car park round the corner which was free during the night. Location was great, surrounded by picturesque streets. Decor in the hostel was great, a really nice aesthetic and you can tell a lot of effort has gone into it. Su was really welcoming and friendly. There was a nice and simple breakfast and I had some toast and fruit. There was also an option for a cooked breakfast. There weren’t many people staying so Su sorted a room to myself which was great. Wi-Fi was great and also plenty of plugs for charging in the rooms.
Rooms were well heated and I didn’t get cold in the night when it was baltic outside. Lots of local bars and restaurants to choose from in the area. Would definitely stay again and maybe see a bit more of the town/beach in the summer.
The only issue I had was there’s a bar just across the road so it was a bit noisy with the single glazed windows. But not the hostels fault of course. It was a Saturday night also. Just a tip to bring earplugs if you’re visiting on the weekend!

Though we checked in at 2 am, we received a warm welcome. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the family room, all 5 members.
Perfect for the families.

Absolutely great location, and for the value we paid a good return on the investment. Great breakfast too.
You could hear some noise from the other rooms, so that was a bit bad.

Really accommodating of our last minute booking and arrival time. Really nice vibe, warm, friendly, I would thoroughly recommend. Good breakfast selection and ideally placed for cycling as right next to a quiet cycle route along the coast.

A bit noisy with other guests on the final night.

Could do with a shelf in the shower room.
