The apartment has three spacious and light bedrooms with separate bathrooms, large living room and dining area as well as two large terraces and two balconies. The views are magnificent over the gardens and to the sea.
The apartment has been refurbished summer 2015 and is equipped with modern kitchen, laundry and all new furniture. The apartment has full set of tableware to serve six persons, smart TV, Bluetooth music speaker, computer as well as wifi internet access.
Alcazaba Beach is a prestigious urbanization in Estepona situated on the sea front, with a stretch of beach of over half a kilometer.
The buildings and gardens were designed by renowned architect Melvin Villarroel. The tropical gardens of over 75.000 m2 belonging to this residential estate have been awarded prizes several times by the Costa del Sol Gardeners Club.
Facilities of the estate, available for the guests at no additional cost, include 7 swimming pools (one heated), 5 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, 1 football pitch with natural grass, children's play park, gym and sauna. Restaurant and beach bar for the exclusive use of residents are available during the holiday season.

The 2-floor penthouse apartment seemed recently refurbished, all furniture and appliances in mint condition. Views to the sea and a magnificent garden. Nice roof terrace. Modern TV and AV set, free fast WiFi. Smooth reservation process.
Location magnifient with a long beach, several pools and a flush garden covering the resort. In addition, a large area of activities with 5 tennis and 3 paddle courts + a mini-soccer filed. Did not have my family with me, so I did not play but spent some time in gym and Finnish sauna, which was nice. The gym is geared towards cardio with running, rowing and spinning devices but with fairly limited amount of free weights.
Large Carrefour close by a bonus. An evening walk to the centre of Estepona.
Nothing on the minus side. The temperature was +20 C (mid-November), so not a pool weather any more but nice for golf and outdoors sports.
