Room is small but functional and recently renovated. Clean linens, clean bathroom. Location is far from old town, 30 minute bus ride, but well connected transit. Buses and trams at your doorstep. Number #180 takes you to old town, #184 to main bus station/train station. Quiet neighbourhood, except for tram which does make a lot of noise. There is a mini fridge, dishes and tea cattle in the room. Supermarkets: Lidl, Žabka and Biedronka are all walking distance from the hotel.
Only one large towel, although there were paper towels in the bathroom. Staff that is not in the best mood and does not speak any foreign language, polish only, but we managed to communicate. Small room, but functional.

Amazing quality for the given price, conditions are pretty good and it is comfortable. It has direct transport to the city center which is very nice. The receptionists were also very friendly!

It was a convenient location for me and the room was adequate and quiet.
But the bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was totally inadequate. I asked for a replacement but was told that was not possible. I was also woken at 3am by a member of staff delivering a towel! And the small coffee sachets were never replaced. So the service was poor to dreadful.
