There is AC, it is safe, there is a mini fridge and a microwave.
This hotel is 15 minutes by walking from the rail station, However, it is quite far from the city center, the nice part of Odessa. If you are going out in night time to downtown, you will need to take an Uber to get back to the hotel.
The mattress was kind of uncomfortable, and I felt that the bed was gonna break.
The toilet is quite ugly and smelly.
Actually I was expecting something nicer.
